Eat more of the right fats: Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are good, saturated fats are bad and trans fats are the worst. With that said you know which ones you should intake more and which ones you should limit if not eliminate. Polyunsaturated fats are found in processed food made with corn, soybean or safflower oils. Monounsaturated fats are found in flaxseed and olive oils. Furthermore limiting your intake of bad fats reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes, eye disorders and enhance bone health. But remember moderation is key with everything.

Tighten your abs: We all know, or should know, that diet and exercise go hand in hand, so why wouldn't the guide suggest some type of exercise regiment. The guide suggests a handful of exercises that vary from the traditional crunches to tighten your abdominal muscles: Toe dips, Leg circles, crisscross, leg kicks, back extension with rotation and side bends. For directions on how to do these exercises please visit www.womenshealth.com
As a college student I understand that we are limited in time and money but none of these tips are impossible. Take a few minutes before class or bed to do the abdominal exercises and as for the nutritional aspect eat snacks in between those cafeteria times and choose the right things to eat.
